This, to my wife and I, is a hidden gem. We loved the location as you could easily walk to hotel from buses, taxi's or train, no need for water transport. There are plenty of good places to eat near by (within 10 minute walk). Rooms were very nice and priced well. In particular Lorenzo at the front desk was exceptional in his friendliness and helpfulness for anything we had questions on or needed. This from the original booking and messaging on info and questions to in person help. You can walk within 30 minutes of less to most anywhere you wanted. Hopefully we will be back and this is where we would stay.

Use “get your guide app” Airport transfer was so simple and easy with instructions - Vince bus transfer Marco Polo airport and city by ATVO . 25 steps away from hotel. Water bus has day pass will transfer you all over island really close. People mover is really close for cruise port. Best breakfast ever! Staff was really nice.

This is a great hotel, with friendly and helpful staff, in a convenient location in Venice, right on the Piazzale Roma. Just steps from where our van transport dropped us off and just steps to catch the Airport Bus the next morning. A great breakfast too! Would definitely stay there again when in Venice!

Pros: The room is quite spacious and comfortable. The balcony was especially large and lovely, and I spent time out there every day during my four-day stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Cons: The toilet does not flush toilet paper properly, even when holding down the flush button for a long time. The bathtub also drains very slowly after taking a shower. The elevator is very small, and if you stay in one of the balcony rooms on the top floor, you have to get off the elevator and walk up another flight of stairs, which is inconvenient. The hotel is quite far from the city center, but there is a vaporetto (water bus) stop right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around convenient. There are also several excellent restaurants just one block away, including Seltz Bistrot, which I really enjoyed.

Loved staying here! 3 women traveling and it felt very safe. The staff was amazing. The stopper for the bathtub wouldnt work, within minutes they found another one and brought it to the room. The shower was amazing with great water pressure. The room was spacious. We loved having the coffe machine and a good sized refrigerator. The beds were comfortable and the a/c was cold. The location was perfect, close to the train station, water bus, supermarket and taxi stand. The hotel offers a luggage Porter for a reasonable price, it was worth it! We will be staying here again, it was perfect!

Conveniently located next to the main bus terminal and a good launching point to the city. The staff was super kind and helpful.
