Experiência excelente, muito perto da estação de barco , fácil de chegar, atendimento rápido ao tel, apartamento muito organizado com tudo que é necessário! O único imprevisto foi que a chave da portaria não estava abrindo e toda vez que precisávamos ir ao apt tínhamos que ligar para abrirem remotamente , apesar da disponibilidade em abrir sempre que precisávamos sempre ae cria uma expectativa com medo da bateria do cel acabar, de não atenderem o tel

This one bedroom apartment was even better than the photos show. It really is beautiful, with fantastic large windows with wooden shutters in an old Venetian building, that has a modern and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The ceilings are high with quality lighting with lots of space and storage. Local shops and great restaurants are within 2 minutes walk and other attractions like the Rialto Bridge and St. Marco square under 10 minutes walk away. The narrow streets and alleyways feel safe and the area is quiet at night with a pretty canal right outside the entrance. The hosts are easy to contact and access to the building was easy following the instructions. Some other reviews mentioned the pillows and yes, we found them to be a little flat , but there are plenty of spares in the cupboard to add to your taste. If you are considering booking to stay here, just do it because you won’t be disappointed. We would definitely stay here again. Perfecto!

The place was clean and in close proximity to everything. The host was extremely helpful and responded to our questions very fast. I had the best time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!!!

Location was great and the apartment was nicely furnished, spacious, and clean. Someone met us and escorted us to the apartment which was great or we never would have found it. Kitchen was not as well equipped as some but we didn’t cook much. I would recommend this apartment.

Everything about our stay at the Sissi Suite was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised at how accurate the online description was. I chose this property based on the location, but mostly because of previous online reviews. I am delighted to add to the best of them. It was spotlessly clean, bright and airy, in a fabulous location and was very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The staff were phenomenal. They responded to all our questions (both before and during our stay) immediately and were extremely helpful. It is a self-catering apartment, rather than a hotel, but had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom are small, but very clean and modern. There is a washer (you need your own laundry detergent) and a washing line to hang your clothes outside the window to let them dry. There is a very heavy front door, so we felt very safe. You also need to know that you need to go to another part of Venice to pick up the keys, but this also went very smoothly and we agreed to leave the keys inside the apartment after we left. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anybody who is looking for accommodation in Venice and I will try to book it again the next time we return.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

Lovely apartment in a fabulous location. Super quiet. Very clean and spacious. Couple of issues: the key to the front door is difficult (a resident helped us) and sofa bed in lounge is uncomfortable unless you sleep on it side ways! But these two things can be easily overlooked due to other plus points.

Well located in Venice. The apt is very well organized and clean. There is a lot restaurants and stores near the apt. Piazza San Marco is very near as well.

Great place to stay!

My experience staying at this hotel was great. The location is good and close to all the places for tourist to see. The property manager made sure that I knew how to navigate back and forth to the hotel. I couldn't have asked for better accomdations as this hotel has it all. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the spaciousness of the hotel room which is really an apartment where you can cook and relax in a quiet place.

Apartment was great and very close to Rialto and S Marco square. Spaciousand clean living quarters and host that met us and walked us there was very nice and helpful.
