Surian Canal View (200m from St Mark’s Square)

Apartment with canal view in the historic center just 300 meters from Piazza San Marco, the most exclusive area in all of Venice. Very spacious apartment composed of a large living room, two triple bedrooms, a double bedroom, a kitchen with balcony and two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower). Rates include bed linen and towels. The host will welcome you from 3pm to 8pm. Arrivals between 8pm and 11pm incur an additional cost of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). Check-in after 11.00 pm can only be organized on request, with adequate advance notice.

Important: all reservations with check in by 1 June 2025 will be made in "self check in" mode, at no additional cost. (ID: IT027042C2JRZASPQS).

Beautiful Hidden Gem

This was a beautiful stay for our large family in a quieter part of Venice. It was difficult to find, but the communication with the rental company made the process less stressful. It was a very comfortable stay. The only complaint was the limited amount of toilet paper for the number of people it can accommodate.
