Sunlit Courtyard Bliss in Venice

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO condo in Venice! The accommodations were great, and the courtyard was absolutely amazing – we loved sitting out in the sun to enjoy our breakfast each morning. It truly felt like a little slice of paradise.Irene was the perfect host, going above and beyond to help us arrange travel, taxis, and recommend great places to eat. She made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable.Highly recommend this lovely spot for anyone visiting Venice!

Couldn't be better!

Hostess was wonderful!! She stayed in communication with us from the airport to the vaparetto to the apartment. She was super friendly, helpful, and attentive. The apartment was superbly organized and clean. The hostess had things for us to use, such as olive oil, which was much appreciated so we didn't have to buy things we couldn't use up in the short time we were there.

Good location for accessing San Marco, Marano and Barano. Walking distance to Rialto Bridge. Comfortable apartment. Host was lovely with recommendations for dinner, gelato and sunsets.

Un très bon sejour

Location spacieuse et très propre. Très bonne literie.Elle est très bien située et proche d’un arrêt de vaporetto très bien desservi (aéroport, îles de la lagune…)Quartier très sympathique et authentique avec des petits commerces. Le jour de notre départ, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages dans la location (nous ne partions que dans l’après-midi ), ce qui est très appréciable. Bref…un très bon séjour et une bonne adresse

La perfection n’est pas loin !

Hôtes vraiment très gentils et disponibles. Ils se sont adaptés à nos horaires pour nous faciliter le séjour. La maison est très propre, très bien pensée, suffisamment grande pour permettre à chacun de se ressourcer. La climatisation fonctionne très bien, ce qui est appréciable compte tenu de la chaleur que nous avons eue. Il y a une petite cour en arrière cuisine très pratique pour faire sécher le linge sans être encombrés dans la maison. Environnement calme, proche de tout. Pour que ce soit parfait, nous aurions aimé plus d’ombre au dessus de la table extérieure, les plantes grimpantes sur la pergola extérieure n’avaient pas complètement poussées et pas de parasol donc difficile de manger en plein soleil. La terrasse est très belle mais nous aurions aimé 2 transats pour pouvoir en profiter un peu… Enfin dernier détail à améliorer pour les courts séjours comme le nôtre (3 nuits) , nous aurions aimé que la gestion des poubelles soient prise en charge par la femme de ménage en fin de séjour. En effet, il faut donner les poubelles à l’éboueur qui passe à la porte avant 09h30 ou les emmener nous mêmes au bateau déchets avant 09h45…en vacances, c’est une contrainte trop matinale qui nous a dérangée. Mais ce sont vraiment des détails à côté du logement top !

Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause

Leider gab es Probleme, durch unsere frühe Abreise um 5:10 den letzten Müll der Freitags eingesammelt, zu endsorgen. Leider erfuhren wir auch erst kurz vor unserer Abreise, das wir noch einmal die Touristentaxe zu zahlen hätten,. Bei Kontrollen wäre es zu spät gewesen.

Great place to stay.

My husband and I with our two young children stayed at this place. The location was great! A short walking distance to the ferry port and all the things you want to see and do in Venice. Bakery, grocery store and good restaurants are also very close. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We will definitely come back.

Tranquil haven in Venice

Lovely property situated about 10 minutes stroll from Rialto Bridge and another 7 minutes to Saint Mark's square. Come back to peace, quiet and tranquility in the property's private garden. Perfect!

A Quaint Location in the Heart of Venice

If you’re looking for a central location in a quiet, neighborhood of Venice, this is the rental you want! Marco and his assistant Paola were great at assisting us with our needs! This rental is in Cannaregio, so very close to the Fondamente Nuove vaporetto stop, making it super convenient to get to Murano and Burano and also a short walk to Rialto Market and bridge! It is a 3 room, 2 bathroom place with very adequate space! A washing machine is provided; for those who complain about not having a dryer, they’ve obviously not figured out that’s just how Italy is! There are places to hang dry and you can do laundry accordingly. There is also a little kitchen; we actually cooked some while here and it was great! The rental opens up to a courtyard and garden, which are beautiful! If you are looking for an affordable, comfortable Venice VRBO with a great location, this one checks all the boxes! And if you come to Venice, expect to get lost! We got lost a lot, but that is how you find the coolest things and places! I should also mention, you are very close to fresh market stalls and InCoop, a grocery store.

Maison bien située. Accès facile depuis l'aéroport. Quartier tranquille avec commerces à proximité

Accueil sympathique de Paola. Maison plutôt agréable, en revanche il est indiqué 3 chambres, le salon ne peut pas vraiment faire office de chambre car il s'agit d'un lieu de passage entre les 2 chambres. Nous avons eu la malchance de séjourner lors d'un épisode d'acqua alta et n'avions pas été prévenu d'une possible inondation de la maison, ce qui nous a valu quelques désagréments...

We have stayed for the 3rd time in this house and we like it. Its in a region of venice, where you not only meets tourists. A bakery is near by and un alimentari, some restaurants and you have good connections to the other parts of venice.

Appartement/maison très agréable au calme

Très bon accueil malgré une réservation tardive de notre part (la veille !) ; l'appartement est grand, parfait pour deux couples et un enfant, le jardin / terrasse est une merveille. Deux ou trois points sont à revoir : manque de lave-vaisselle, baignoire vieillotte, terrasse non nettoyée avant notre arrivée. Tout le reste était parfait, bonne situation dans Venise, interlocuteurs adorables.

Very rare garden apartment for a family or friends

My husband and I and a set of friends spent a week in this lovely apartment. It could comfortably accommodate 5 people in two bedrooms. The kitchen well furnished, the living room has two couches and a flat screen tv with news stations in English. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a tub/ shower and washing machine. The location is great with cafes, a bakery, and grocery shop nearby. Marco was easy to communicate with very thoughtful.
