Great location with a view.
The home was in a great location of everything. Great view of the gondolas passing by. Just an fyi you need to carry your bags 2 flights up due to no elevator but overall we enjoyed our time in Venice.

Amazing Apartment and Location!
We absolutely loved our beautiful apartment and views! I would not give five stars lightly but Paola and Carmen’s apartment deserve every one. Paola is very responsive and proactive in communication. She contacted us a few days before the start of our stay to confirm our arrival time so she could greet us and show us the apartment. The apartment itself is appointed with everything one would need (even extra adapters) and it has been very thoughtfully remodeled. The views of the canal from the pictures are exactly what you will experience throughout your stay. The location is also perfect for exploring anywhere in the city on foot and close to grocery stores, restaurants and gelato. Overall, it was the best place we stayed on our two weeks in Italy.

We Loved Our Stay!
This apartment was fantastic! It was more roomy than I expected, its location was great; quiet, but still close to everything. Paola helped us get set with a water taxi and was waiting for us when we got there. The apartment is well stocked. I can’t say enough about our time there, we loved it!

Lovely Appartment
Carmen and Paola were lovley to communicate with and the appartment suited our needs. Lovely and clean and having a washing machine was handy. Great location to walk anywhere from. The most beautiful view from one of the bedrooms and the dining area, overlooking a canal and two bridges. Would recommend this appartment.

Quiet comfortable and close to major attractions
Lovely 2nd floor apartment overlooking a couple bridges of canals...5 minutes from Rialto bridge...when coming in from Train station take Vaporetto 2 to rialto...easy from there... 6 minutes to St Marks... about 4 to Marco polos house...20 minutes to the accademie 25 minute walk to Guggenhiem..all enjoyable walks...get lost in Venice and find your way back... Restaurants abound nearby from those with 4.8.. Get to go pasta and pizza nearby as well ...relatively large grocery 2 to 3 minute walk 2nd floor apartment beautiful floors of marble and wood..couches could be updated a little but were sufficient great view of back canals gondaleers and other boats go by...3 bedrooms one with large bed...one with 2 twins..and a large loft with larger bed upstairs...has door to outside sitting too Washer and dryer..no problem w either Thanks for everything

Wonderful stay
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Venice. The apartment was amazing, with beautiful views. It was magical to wake up and have coffee overlooking the canal and see the gondolas go past. Thank you to Paola who was very understanding with some changes to our arrival time We will be back!

A real gem!
This beautiful apartment is in a great location — tucked away from the crowds but near everything. As others have said, the views from the living room, main bedroom and kitchen are beautiful. The apartment is updated, very clean and the beds were comfortable. The only reason I took off one star is the problem with the dryer tripping the breaker isn’t fixed. But, even knowing that, we would definitely stay here again!

The perfect return to Venice.
Twenty years have past since my wife and were last in Venice. This time without children in this charming, nicely renovated apartment close to the Rialto bridge and Piazza San Marco. Our host, Paola was great, providing many great recommendations for local restaurants. She also helped get us a water taxi for our return to the train station. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. The views are incredible. We would definitely return to Venice and this property. Gracie Paola.
