"nous avons passés un excellent séjour. l'appartement était particulièrement bien placé, à 5 minutes de la place Saint Marc et du Pont du Rialto. tout était impeccable, neuf et propre: literie, salle de bain entièrement carrelée avec grande douche, cuisine équipée, aspirateur, séchoir, matériel de repassage... deux petites remarques simplement: une couverture supplémentaire aurait été appréciée et également quelques verres à vin seraient les bienvenues pour savourer les nectars italiens... je recommande vivement ce logement et y retournerai sans aucun doute. "

Spacieux et excellente situation

Merci Nicoletta et Luca nous votre accueil simple, direct et efficace. L'appartement est idéalement situé. A la fois très proche des lieux touristique et pourtant calme. Nous avons apprécié son confort, même s'il faut utiliser la lumière artificielle à chaque moment de la journée. Nous recommandons vivement à la fois les hôtes et le lieu.

Merci pour l'hospitalité à Venise! L'accueille était bien et chalereau. Appart est confortable, très propre, bien équipé et bien situé tout au centre de Venise. Well-equipped and located!

We stayed here for the month of August 2015. The apartment is exactly as pictured. It's located just a minute from Campo Santa Maria Formosa, with access to two grocery stores. Rialto is a 15 minute walk, and the vaporetto at S. Zaccaria is ten minutes. Nicoletta was very welcoming and helpful. (She especially saved the day when we were departing, as my husband realized he had forgotten his beloved hat inside the apartment after we'd already left the keys inside! She was able to walk us through getting access over the phone so that we could still catch our train). The only issue with the apartment is that it gets very little natural light; for short stays this wouldn't be a problem, but as we were there four weeks and my husband was doing work from the apartment it became more apparent. However we would certainly recommend the apartment to anyone we know going to Venice!

Appartement très bien situé, très propre, bien équipé et calme. L'accueil est sympathique et efficace. Petit bémol, le salon est un peu sombre car la rue est très étroite (comme souvent à Venise !), mais cela n'est pas gênant car on est toujours dehors.

Schöne Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage; guter Preis

Der Aufenthalt in Venedig war sehr gelungen und wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin selbst konnte uns nicht abholen; hatte aber vorher schon eine andere Person benannt, die auch bei Anlegen des Bootes schon auf uns wartete und uns mit einigen Tipps für den Aufenthalt versorgte. Die Kommunikation funktionierte reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist SEHR sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral; mit wenigen Minuten Fussweg zum Marktplatz, zum Bootsanleger, vielen Bars und Restaurants und zum Supermarkt. Einziger Minuspunkt, und der Grund für die 4 Sterne, ist, dass sie schon recht dunkel ist. Gerade wenn draußen die Sonne scheint, wäre es schön gewesen, das auch beim Frühstück in der Wohnung mitzubekommen... Daher würde ich beim nächsten Mal eventuell etwas anderes suchen; aber ansonsten alles top! (auch Preis-Leistungs-Verhältns ist sehr gut).

Aufenthalt Carnevale 2014

Zum sechsten Mal waren wir zum Carnevale in dieser schönen Wohnung. Die zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage, sowie die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter bewegt uns immer wieder dazu, diese Wohnung zu buchen. Als in diesem Jahr einmal Arbeiten in einer Nachbarwohnung ausgeführt werden mußten, wurden wir sogar per email vorher davon in Kenntnis gesetzt, so daß wir die Chance hatten vor dem ersten Hammerschlag auszustehen. Wir fanden das sehr rücksichtsvoll. Danke Luca! Gerne kommen wir wieder. Die Sauberkeit und volle Funktion aller nötigen Dinge ist in dieser Wohnung scheinbar selbstverständlich. Jedenfalls haben wir noch nie einen Grund zum Klagen gehabt. È stato il sesto Carnevale che abbiamo passato in questo bellissimo appartamento. Il quartiere centrale e tranquillo è ottimo ed anche la gentilezza del proprietario sono i motivi di ritornare. Quando erano necessario dei lavori nell'appartamento accanto Luca ci ha informato in anticipo via email e cosi avevamo la possibilità, di alzare prima del rumore. Secondo noi è stato molto riguardoso. Grazie Luca! Ritorniamo volentieri. L'appartamento è sempre molto pulito e tutto le cose funzionano bene, sembra naturale in questo appartamento. va bene! Non avevamo mai motivi di lamentarci.

Un soggiorno perfetto

Abbiamo soggiornato con le nostre bambine di 10 e 5 anni in questo appartamento e tutto è andato benissimo. L'appartamento è in pieno centro, a due passi da Rialto e da Piazza San Marco, un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare tutta la città e allo stesso tempo in una calle molto tranquilla e silenziosa. L'appartamento è ben attrezzato, pulito e in ordine. Anche lo stabile è di recente ristrutturazione. La ciliegina sulla torta è stata la cortesia e la disponibilità dei proprietari, anche nel consigliarci alcuni posti dove portare le bambine. Insomma, tutto perfetto, ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo con piacere!

"Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Venise où nous avons profité pleinement de cet appartement très bien situé (5 mn de la Place St Marc et autant du Pont Rialto), bien équipé, agréablement et sobrement décoré. Petit supermarché à 3mn. Nous avons été accueillis simplement et efficacement par Valentina qui est venu nous chercher au vaporetto. Excellent contact avec Nicoletta, la propriétaire."

"L’appartement de Nicolet...

"L’appartement de Nicoletta et était extrêmement bien situé. Nous pouvions joindre la Place St-Marc en 5 minutes. La petite rue est très calme et l’appartement est bien rénové, propre et confortable. L’air climatisé est tout de même un peu bruyant et a de la difficulté à rafraichir tout l’appartement, mais il nous a tenus confortables pour dormir. Nous avons été accueillies par Julia qui nous a trouvé un trajet optimal pour éviter le maximum de ponts avec les valises. Ce fut bien apprécié. Je recommande cet appartement sans hésiter."

"Nel appartamento è (quasi) tutto in un stato perfetto. Purtroppo un giorno prima del nostro arrivo è rotto la porta di vetro della doccia, che faceva un piccolo problema. L''appartamento è sempre molto pulito e tranquillo. Siamo stati qui da parecchi volte e ritorniamo volentieri anche l''anno prossimo. I proprietari sono molto gentile."

"Wir waren zum 4. Mal in ...

"Wir waren zum 4. Mal in dieser Wohnung und haben erneut alles zu unserer Zufreidenheit vorgefunden. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Diesmal war ein Bügeleisen defekt. Es wurde innerhalb von 2 Stunden durch ein neues ersetzt. Sehr guter Service. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Siamo stati la quarto volta in questo appartamento e di nuovo abbiamo trovato tutto in ottima condizione. Tutto è molto pulito e tutte le cose funzionano bene. Questa volta è stato rotto un ferro da stiro, però entro due ore il proprietario ha portato uno nuovo. Servicio molto bene. I proprietari sono molto gentile e soccorrevole. Ritorniamo volentieri."
