When we complained about this, we didn't receive room-change service or complete/partial refund. Considering how much it costed, I rated the stay as the worst experience ever in my life. 」

「I traveled for work to Ventura. I stayed here before. I booked a queen size bed to stay in and was given a full kitchen. Let us talk about the bed. It was neatly made.
