Vernon Pet-friendly Hotel

"Nice pool. Great space."

"Enjoyed our stay here! It was super relaxing. The only thing though was we found a mouse in our room the last day and maybe because we had take out in our room. This was bothersome but thankfully on our way to checking out. The complimentary breakfast was so good! Some of the staff were not friendly and seemed rushed with poor customer service skills but that’s more of a comfort thing for us. The beds were really uncomfortable and beautiful views from our room! We loved the tub near the window — it was so relaxing. They also provided us with complimentary bath salt which was a nice surprise. The amenities were great! The spa areas were so good — best spa I have been to. Not a lot of restaurants nearby so the food in the restaurant in the building was expensive and one down the hill from us at the other hotel. Only two walkable restaurants — otherwise have to drive into town (more of a preference thing). Lovely walk around with nice views and nature. Would recommend staying here! "

"Loved the tropical feel with are the plants. The gardens and river were absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The only minor issue was the pool was cool. All the staff were friendly from the front desk check in to the friendly housekeepers. "

"I love that the pet area was right outside the patio doors and it was fenced all the way around it. My dog seen a few other dogs out there with their owners. They had a garbage by the tree with a sign to pick up after your dog. Very smart to have the rooms in that area. Easy to access "

"We stayed here from Sunday to Saturday in a suite. The price was quite good for the room we got compared to other hotels. The beds were comfortable, and they were prompt about getting us another towel and more toilet paper, as we didnt use housekeeping while we there. The pool and hot tub were pretty good, they had some chairs and a water cooler for when you were thirsty. There is no continental breakfast, but we werent expecting it and not bothered by it. All in all, a good hotel for a reasonable price."
