The hotel was nice but needs some tender love and care. Our room was clean but lacking a hair dryer and the pod carrier for the coffee was gone. My husband used the fitness room but there was nothing to wipe down the equipment and it was sticky. No sanitizer either. Breakfast was meager but fine.

The front staff was very blunt but we enjoyed her. The property was a little dirty. Definitely needs some attention made to the maintenance of the overall building. The shower wasn't dirty but old and made you feel still dirty when you got out of it. The elevator was also questionable. Only real complaint would be that we were not able to use the pool because it was so full of leaves.

Evening receptionist needs an attitude adjustment, not friendly at all. I asked for two extra towels since there were 3 adults and only two bath towels in the room and she had an attitude about me asking. Carpet in the room was really worn, grout was dirty.

Carpet was full of bacteria the room stank organs didn’t work. The microwave door would not come back. I have to put food in it. The breakfast wasn’t much at all, but the people were very, very nice and our bathroom was very clean.

I am writing to report a serious health and safety issue related to my stay in Room 364. The room had a strong mold odor and visible mold. Unfortunately, we did not notice the visible mold until the morning because we checked in during the evening and were extremely tired from work. I have asthma, and being in that environment had a significant impact on my health. I was unable to sleep throughout the night due to constant coughing and developed a severe headache. Breathing became difficult, which was very concerning given my medical condition. I have photos documenting the mold in the room, which I can provide upon request. Mold exposure poses serious health risks, especially for individuals with respiratory conditions, and this situation should not occur in a room offered to guests. I am very disappointed by this experience and expect this matter to be addressed promptly. I would also like to discuss appropriate compensation for the discomfort, health impact, and lack of a safe sleeping environment.
