Marconi residence is located in a quiet and strategic area ( near the station) within walking distance from the heart of the city ( 250 meters).

Located on the third floor ( no elevator) of the building, it is very spacious bright and suitable to accommodate up to 6 people.

Equipped with all the necessary comforts, it has as many as 3 balconies that allow you to go outdoors both inside and facing the street.

The Space

Equipped with a large living area with a small balcony, the house has an independent kitchen with another small balcony, a large hallway with two air-conditioned bedrooms and another balcony.

The bathroom equipped with everything and a storage room with a washing machine to be able to meet all needs.
