An excellent affordable base to explore Geneva.

From the reception team to the restaurant staff nothing was too much trouble and they genuinely cared for our family while we were staying. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was tasty and for the price this was a perfect place to use to explore Geneva given the proximity to the train station.

Amazing stay! Had a friend coming to join us a day later and Sarah made accommodations for our rooms to be next door, which was super helpful! Staff was really friendly and answered all general questions. Would definitely stay again and would recommend it to everyone!

Excellent Hotel in an excellent location.

Fantastic location with great views. Situated within 100m of the railway station and bus stop enabling easy and free transport to the airport and Geneva downtown. Surprisingly good restaurant that we used and priced reasonably for Switzerland.

Gorgeous view out of the Lakeview room, lots of bugs outside of the windows, however so you cannot open the windows as there are no bug screens. Breakfast ends at 9:30 AM just FYI, but it is very good. Staff is friendly. Beer is cheap and again the views are absolutely breathtaking and away from the main city so it is quiet. Train station is right behind the hotel very convenient to get around.

Staff was amazing, hotel was fantastic, the view is spectacular, the area is nice clean and quiet and a minutebwalk from the train. How ever dont expect a mini bar or a tea and coffe machine in the room.. nothing available after 11 or 12.midnight... all shops in area close as well as no.room service. If you dan do with out them then you will have a great time... we absolutely did and the restaurant is also great. Taxi to downtown geneva is between 40 and 50 swiss francs ... how ever u can take the train for free of you get the voucher from the hotel. Thanks lake geneva hotel .. we loved our stay
