The desk clerk would write down the request in his notebook and each evening when I returned nothing had been cleaned. Finally second evening I had to request towels which the clerk apologized and returned with towels. Second time I’ve stayed here with same results. Shame on me for excepting this service and shame on them for not verifying services requested. "

The check in, the comfort, the air and fan in the room, the bathroom configuration, the breakfast and hours served, the jacuzzi, the cleanliness and updated furnishings and room finishes, the television, the staff!!! The only thing that I would have changed is there was no toilet room fan. but overall it was a 5-star stay!"
