“Mooie lokatie waar je echt op de geschiedenis ligt te slapen. Nette kamer met een goed bed en kussen. Tv en ruime douche met bad.
Ontbijt was prima maar wel wat weining keus/klein en duur. Maar netjes en zorgvuldige bereid. Prachtige plek om even de oudheid te voelen. ”

I wish they can improve more on guest communication as there is no physical reception. Especially I didn't receive any online check-in info via email so it brought me some difficulties to get inside the hotel and did the check-in procedures. The hotel always asked me to get help from the restaurant downstairs to the hotel but reality is that the restaurant was not helpful at all with the hotel guests.”
“Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Hotel und wieder sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist mit der Straßenbahn von Amsterdam Central leicht zu erreichen und ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe um z.B. Getränke unterwegs günstig zu kaufen. Ein Strand ist ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar, um nach dem Trubel der Stadt zu entspannen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und zuvorkommenden Service. Frühstück und Abendessen sind lecker und ließen keine Wünsche offen.”

“The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Modern and with all the usual amenities. The breakfast was good. Plenty options. The water didn't get very hot in the shower though. The lobby from time to time would be a bit dirty as leaves and bits of paper would be on the floor. I guess they could up the anty relative to housekeeping during the day. But it was close to the train and shopping center right across the street. They were restaurants and convenience……
