“Perfect little place in Friendship, In! What a cute little town! We just needed a little place to stay to travel back & forth…this was perfect place to get a little R & R!”

“Wonderful stay. We were very pleased with the accommodations. The hosts were extremely friendly and my husband really enjoyed the UTV ride.”

“Not only was the cabin super clean, it was in a fairly isolated location but still close to town with several options if you need something. It had a peaceful atmosphere. Great for relaxing and unwinding if you need to get away from the fast pace of daily life!!! Perfect getaway for two!!!”

“The beds weren't the most comfortable and the basement bathroom was a little noisy. But the space and the view were amazing. There are stores, restaurants, and a park in walkng distance. The kitchen and bathroom were pretty well stocked for cooking and toiletries. The hosts were very nice. We had a great time and would book again if we are ever back in Warsaw.”

“Everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless and incredibly well cared for. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and communicated with us every step of the way. The value for the price was outstanding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!”

“Great experience. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Madison. Great location to down town,”

“This home is in the perfect location and is absolutely beautiful! The owners have done a great job of thinking of everything you could possibly need. We didn't cook while we were there so I can't speak for kitchen wares, but it was perfect for our weekend in Madison. It is beautifully decorated too! Owner was super responsive and we are already planning to go back!”

“They told me I was canceled. The day of my reservation was the day of my husband’s funeral. I was shocked to get this note from you.”

“Easy to walk to many places. Clean. Comfortable bed and couch. Host was communicative and clear with instructions before arrival.”

“Well appointed small home. Had everything you need for a short stay. Beds were comfy and the sheets smelled FANTASTIC! Nice coffee bar with all the necessities. The little touches are a big deal. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for quiet cozy accommodation. There is a bar across the street but never heard anything on a busy Saturday night. Would rent again”

“Great property and a lot of room which was great.”

“The place was immaculate!! Communication with Kelly was fantastic the whole stay. Great location for getting around Madison. Kelly is a great hostess - lots of extras at the place - ie a basket of goods if you forgot anything, cups to get you started, umbrellas if needed, games, charging station, etc. Would definitely stay again”

“Good location, well stocked with essentials.”

“This was a very spacious home and had lots of room for all of our family to enjoy. It was very clean with lots of extra sheets. It was very pretty and well maintained on the outside. However, we had issues with the freezer, ice maker, and air conditioner. The freezer wasnt keeping anything frozen. The ice maker worked when we first came there, but then it stopped. The air conditioning was set at 75 but it couldnt keep the hosue cool. It got up to 80 in the house during the day. We reached out to……
