Disappointing airconditioning

Prior to booking i asked if there was airconditioning in all rooms and was told yes. On arrival we discovered there was no airconditioning unit in the smaller bedroom. A large hole had been made between the bedroom and the living room where there was an airconditioning unit. In order to sleep comfortably the bedroom door had to be left fully open at night .
