The only complaint is that it is not close to the old town of Naples, and you have to walk through some seedy, not-so-nice parts of town to reach the tourist attractions and the city center. We ended up taking a taxi when it was dark to be safe."

"The communication with the staff/owner was excellent. We were delayed by a few hours and were welcome and provided excellent service despite being almost midnight. The room was clean, there was an excellent air condition unit, a small mini fridge with cold water. There were also snacks and free coffee and tea at the main lobby for 24hr self service. The place is very centrally located, near bus, train, metro, and taxis stops, just a short walk of 2-3 blocks away. Definately will return and...
