"Rooms were very nice with lots of room and amenities. Currently the registration desk is being remodeled, but the temporary desk handled visitors promptly. The one disappointment was the pool which was uncomfortably hot (both the water and the room) ... it felt more like a hot tub (which we didn't use). Maybe they purposely do it so that visitors won't use it and spend more time in the casino??"

"Front staff was rude. When arrived there was a post at desk that pool and hot tub were closed. When asked staff, she was rude about it. The remote control did not work, asked for batteries. The desk person said maintenance would bring it, waited all day. I went down at night and told them still needed batteries. Front staff barely spoke English and did not understand me. Did give a new remote. Toilet barely flushes. Top it off breakfast was so disgusting and all of us staying there was complaining. The waffle makers were rusty, mysteries meat that found out was undercooked chicken. A person coul get very sick from that. Coffee tasted burnt. Orange juice had chunks it in. The carpet in the room, looked like never cleaned, sheets had holes in them. They had a group of bikers there. They sat on motor cycles right by the entrance. They were smoking weed and tobacco, drinking alcohol with cans laying around. The group were making comments to guests walking up door. Why didn't Front staff take care of it? This definitely THE WORST HOTEL ever..never ever stay there or recommend it"

"When I arrived to check in, there were four police cars in the parking lot, with officers coming and going from the hotel. Naturally concerned, I asked the front desk if everything was okay. The only response I received was, “It’s fine, it’s safe to stay here.” The property itself was in poor condition. The parking lot was filled with potholes, and the hotel appeared dirty and poorly maintained. My room had mold on the ceiling, the mattress sagged noticeably in the middle, and the shower fixture was barely attached to the wall. Around 2:00 a.m., guests were repeatedly slamming room doors, and people were constantly walking up and down the hallway, making it nearly impossible to sleep. When I called the front desk to report the noise, I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Overall, the condition of the hotel and the lack of response to guest concerns did not meet reasonable expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, comfort, or customer service."

"Room was clean and nice. No fridge, bed was very firm. Was quiet. Pool area was decent, hot tub could be warmer. Our AC unit didn't work at all. Only spent the night so I didn't complain. When you go to leave, push the flapper on the front door like it owes you 6 months rent. We thought we were locked in."
