Charming, expensive disappointment
Room size was smaller than expected. Cramped. Nice view of lake. Good toiletries and towels. The balcony outside did not provide any privacy from next room. Could see in. And if they were out on their deck we had to keep our curtains closed. Negates great view. Rendered it useless. Coffee maker didn’t work. No microwave in room.
Trouble with toilet flush handle. Lamp not working. Place this new everything should work. No grab bar in shower.
Absolute hostility to any suggestion of looking for an area to smoke. No ice machine, but ice bucket provided. I think you could go to the basement bar for some ice.

Really great hotel, right on the water which is so nice.
Only a few things I would change-
- coffee machines in the room that work
- microwave in the room or at least one available for use
- ice machine available for guests without having to go to ask the receptionist
