「We got into our room early, and dropped our luggage. We got back late and realized the bunk beds had never been made. Mentioned it to the reception, and all she said was sorry. Breakfast was disappointing. There wasn’t any fruit left, and the trays were empty except for sausages. I don’t think I will be back.」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」
