"I had a harbor view room, and the view was amazing. The staff is excellent, and the property is gorgeous. The pool is the best I've been to, phenomenal view of the harbor and great service. "
"Jay from the concierge desk was absolutely fabulous with helping us resolve the issue with the Vietnam visa. Shangri-La is fortunate to have such a dedicated customer-facing staff."
"I travel to Hong Kong every other month for work and I always stay at 99 Bonham. The rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are friendly, and it’s close to the MTR so it’s easy to get anywhere. Great hotel for the business traveler."

"Great: awesome views of HK onto wanchai gap and beyond, depending on which floor you are on and not facing Robinson road.
Incredibly thoughtfully located power points with USBs, very intl friendly!
No beating this location, bus to Admiralty which is the nerve center to trains/ buses anywhere in HK and to China.
Not so great: property has aged and looks very tired. Rooms have that unaired smell, that doewnfeel great after disembarking from a long flight.
Unpleasant: my room was opposite the elevator, apart from loud tourists, cleaning staff was extremely loud too."
"I had a great stay, my room was really good. I was solo so the size was great. Also the location is really good. Would definitely stay here again when in Hong Kong "
"This lives upto the Mandarin name. I have never been disappointed but always been pleasantly surprised. Stayed an extra night here due to typhoon hitting HK. Despite the typhoon outside the hotel functions as though nothing is out of order. If you want to get stuck in a typhoon, this would be the hotel to get stuck in!! ;)"
