I saw from last year other guests suggested a few things that would make a guest’s stay much more enjoyable but those things one year later has not been done. We stayed for carnival and the distance to events held in the Savannah was amazing. “The business facility was not appropriate since there were mold in the bathroom ceiling and leak in the bathroom sink. There was a cracked in the wall above the TV, there were not hot water for 3 days, the second day there was not chef so no breakfast, the room did not have phone, they claimed it was on repairs for years. The staff was very nice but the above mentioned was unacceptable.”
