One of the worst properties we have stayed - why
We checked in late in night, check in was smooth and staff was nice, however after that everything went down south. Got to room found that Aircon not working, bed making squeaky sound when you sleep, safe not working, no fan or aircon, window not opening in family room
When reported issues to reception in morning they advised to get it fixed.
Breakfast had lots of flies in the bread basket .
Second night reached to room again later and was told issues are fixed, except safe none was addressed.
Went to reception at 2:30 am as it was unbearable, was told that nothing can be done and I need to wait till next morning.i told reception person give us different room, straight answer was NO.
I said I will record conditions and put feedback to Expedia, which I did. Later put feedback on hotel website at 3:15 am or so, after reception person came and said I can give two rooms as temporary arrangement, which was fine but our 2 nights sleep went for toss and with so much drama I feel hotel do not care for guests So please avoid staying here even if offered free
