“Great property. Great host. Already booked it for next year. We have17 people in our family and this property was perfect for our large group. Great location on the River, property was huge. Plenty of room for my grandchildren to play wiffle ball and catch. Great fishing, my sons and grandchildren caught a bunch of stripers. Kitchen was well stocked, filtered tap water and a large ice maker. Highly recommended.”

“Our visit was brief... just two nights as we supported an athlete for the Eagleman triathlon June 2025. The house had absolutely everything one might need... very well stocked. Four bedrooms, each with its own mini-split AC was perfect! While we did not use the car EV charger or the backyard 'game shed', both are excellent details. Loved the screened in porch to enjoy the sunset over the water without the mosquitos joining in. **And, thank you for bug spray... when you're that close to the……

Moreover, a bouquet of flowers was placed on the island’s kitchen transforming the moment into a celebration. The fully stocked kitchen made this our home from home. It was quiet and peaceful. “Stayed 4 nights in August and had a great stay. Home was very clean, well-stocked with everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. The best part was the crabbing off the dock! Many thanks for use of the crab pots - we had at least a dozen keepers each day from the pots, plus another half dozen caught with handlines. If there was one slight issue, it was that the only bathroom is on the first floor while all bedrooms were on the second. But this is a design of the house, so nothing that……
