Thoughtfully designed for comfort, the villa features a cozy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a mix of double and single bedrooms ideal for both parents and children. Perched on a hillside, Vieussan overlooks the Orb River and offers breathtaking views of the Caroux massif and surrounding vineyards-famous for their AOC Saint-Chinian wines. Just an hour from the golden beaches of the Mediterranean, the villa is also within a short drive of Béziers, Narbonne, and charming villages like Roquebrun and Olargues. Whether you prefer river strolls, scenic drives, or cycling, the area's natural beauty and mild climate create the perfect setting. Local Flavors & Dining Delights
Savor authentic French cuisine at a restaurant only 500 meters away, or pick up fresh bread and essentials from shops just 5 km from your door. For wine lovers, local vineyards offer tastings of rich regional blends. End the day with a sunset barbecue on the terrace, dining under the stars, and soaking in the peaceful ambience.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 150,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
