「Room with balconies was beautiful with a beautiful view of ocean. Lorraine (the owner) went above and beyond, driving us to a restaurant and taking us on a tour. She is a very sweet lovely lady, and provided coffee and treats. 」

「Wait staff at breakfast stood around talking instead of serving. Housekeeping the last day just made the bed and did not clean and we got an eye roll when we told her we were leaving in 10 minutes. Music blared at 715 am from the restaurant disturbing our room right off the patio, and then in the restaurant it was so loud you couldnt talk. Booked a massage for an hour and it was only 45 min endingat 10 till the hour and not on the hour. Shower was tepid most days.tv only worked with netflix...

「If you are looking for a top-tier experience, Hilton Harbor Club is it. The attention to detail here is unmatched. The property itself is stunning, but what really sets them apart is the services. Every staff member we encountered was warm and attentive specially the front desk. My room had a breathtaking view and excellent soundproofing. The onsite amenities (like the pool/gym/restaurant/ night entertaining) were pristine. It was worth every penny and made my trip unforgettable.」

「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」
