「Very disappointed in our stay at Eliseo Palace. We had booked 2 Luxury Rooms, which are described as having a balcony on the hotel’s website. The rooms are supposed to be larger and more spacious, again as described on the hotel’s website. Neither room had a balcony. In fact, our room had a queen bed and a twin bed.
