We stayed at Farmhouse Lodge’s Chicken house for 2 days before Christmas and absolutely loved it. The Chicken house has everything- fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and bathroom. The location is wonderful since you can go and see several waterfalls and black sands beaches near by. Highly recommend to anyone who likes to explore that area of Iceland.

Comfortable, family hotel

Absolutely lovely. Comfy beds. Rooms are gorgeous. Well worth the price. Thank you! Fruit advertised at breakfast was only a fruit cocktail so that was a bit disappointing but overall this place was amazing. Would def stay again.

Very Nice clean Room, staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had huge picture windows that allowed us to view the Aurora from the warmth and comfort without going out in the cold. I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again!
