「We had a memorable stay of two nights at the Quinta de S. Bernardo in Douro Valley. This inn is located in a fully functional farmhouse and vineyard, perched high on the slopes of Douro Valley mountains offering picture perfect views. We stayed in a room with river views and a plunge pool- it was beyond gorgeous. The facilities are immaculately maintained. 「Great view from the room and the cafeteria/restaurant. The mountain and the river behind are spectacular. The room itself is quite nice and big as well. However, the only public transportation to get to the hotel is by bus. Even it is only three minutes walk to downtown, still strongly recommend to rent a car if you would like to explore more in the neighborhood. The hotel has its own underground parking lot. So it is not a problem for parking.」
