***IMPORTANT: Our house is on the side of Willow Mountain at 3,500 ft! What does this mean for you?***

WINTER CAUTION: The weather in the high country can change in an instant, and we may not be able to accommodate adding extra days to your stay in inclement weather. Please ensure your vehicle is equipped properly for mountain driving in the snow. This means an ALL WHEEL DRIVE or FOUR WHEEL DRIVE vehicle. ((FYI - FWD means front wheel drive and is NOT four wheel drive. A truck or SUV does NOT automatically mean it's four wheel drive. If the back of your car does not say 4x4, AWD or 4WD, it likely is not four wheel drive.))Winter weather can occur here from November through April. This property is accessed via a steep, narrow, gravel road, which may be icy or snowy during winter weather. For the safety of you and your party, please be prepared to drive in snow and ice. This means four-wheel drive, good tires, and possibly snow chains. It is your responsibility to be prepared for potentially hazardous road conditions. There will be no refunds, allowances or date changes resulting from weather conditions out of our control.

SUMMER CAUTION: Please watch carefully for wildlife. We have foxes, deer and even bears! Do not leave any food or trash outside the cabin. Do not leave food in your vehicles.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

**Our cabin has a shared driveway with two other cabins and it is steep (however, it flattens out at the top with ample parking that fits four vehicles comfortably). The cabin sits near the top of Willow Mountain Drive, which is a steep, gravel road with some sharp turns. In winter months, 4x4 OR AWD VEHICLES ARE REQUIRED to access the cabin. In summer months, FWD is sufficient. Trust us, though — the views at the top are worth the climb! **

**Apologies, no pets allowed, except certified service animals. (We have pet allergies in our family.)

**We do have two (2) OUTDOOR-only security cameras located at the front door & driveway. These are strictly for safety & security and are not monitored unless a safety issue arises or property rules are breached.
