It would have been helpful to know ahead of time, that the room was on the 3rd floor and no elevator available. Trying to get our luggage up 3 flights of steep narrow stairs was not easy! But once we got up to our room, we found it quite nice and comfortable.」

「Room was great. It could get a little noisy downstairs but area is excellent. Air conditioner broke down and administrator was notified in the am. When I got back to the room the AC was not fixed. As a courtesy they should have let me know but it didn’t happen. I had to message them and ask. 」
