"Wir wollten Ruhe und Entspannung was wir dort gefunden haben. Dennoch war es nicht weit zum Meer. Pierro der Gastgeber, welcher ebenso im Hause wohnt, hatte wunderbare Sightseeing Tipps für uns. Auch die Lokale, die er uns empfahl waren immer eine sehr gute Wahl. Das Haus hatte alles was man braucht. Kleine Reparaturen wurden immer sofort erledigt. Wir fühlten uns rund herum wohl."

Ein Garten zum Entspannen, diverse Sitzplätze, Panoramablick, genial. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. "This property had everything. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware and dishes. The bedrooms were comfortable. Everywhere was clean and well decorated. The hosts were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The area is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. We stayed a month and it wasn't long enough!"

Every need was anticipated -- from high quality linens and towels, to a welcome basket of breakfast goodies/coffee, to laundry and dish soap, to a fully-equipped kitchen/dining area. Easy walk to the train station and steps away from shopping, restaurants and waterfront promenade."

"Amazing views from the pool side over vineyards and the mountains in the distance are one of the best things about this property. Its also very close to the local village which has a great pizzeria and supermarket. Overall, not a touristy place."

Große Wohnung und Terrasse nach Osten Richtung Meer, großer Garten mit schönen Bäumen, Fahrräder. Mängel: neue Stühle am Esstisch sind leider zu niedrig, ein bequemer Sessel zum Fernsehen wäre noch schön . Grottamare ist ein hübscher, sehr gepflegter Ort, in dem es alles gibt, was man braucht. Dass an der Adria in den Marken der Zug nahe am...

"Wir konnten den Aufenthalt sehr geniessen. Samira ist eine hervorragende Vermieterin, die sehr auf das Wohl ihrer Gäste achtet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Umgebung wird sehr gut gepflegt. Alles, was für einen angenehmen Urlaub nötig ist, ist vorhanden. Wer gerne auf harten Matratzen schläft, ist gut bedient. Wir bedanken uns bei Samira sehr für die tolle Gastfreundschaft."

"Casa Capella is such a beautifully thought out, well looked after property that we had a great week here. It looks just like it does in the photos. It’s comfortable and well equipped which meant with a most generous welcome hamper including cheese, butter, eggs, prosciutto, milk, bread, home made jam, lots of wine. In fact everything we needed to set us up for the week when we arrived. We enjoyed swimming in the 15m pool and then just looking at the view across open countryside to the hills....
