「Trust the reviews on this one. It's very walkable to the main beach and many dining and shopping options. Two nice coffee shops nearby as well. It's small -- not a lot of room for suitcases, packages, etc but it's VERY cute and cozy. Also, the rooms are on the second floor (outdoor steps) so be mindful when packing a 50-pound suitcase. 」

「My family had an ideal stay at this beach cottage. The location is amazing as it’s so close to the beach as well as cafes on 2nd street. On top of that the house itself is immaculate, tastefully remodelled and furnished, and incredibly well-organized. Every detail has been thought out from the kitchen, linens, and other amenities including a gorgeous pool and front porch dining area and grill. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future!」

「I grew up 15 miles from Newport Beach. The location is outstanding from a local perspective. 36-52 street is where locals go to the beach. It’s not as touristy and if you need food or a bathroom- head “home.” We enjoyed taking the Duffy Boat over to Balboa and grabbing a balboa bar.
