“We stayed at the Hampton Inn Carol Stream this past weekend, our room was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was great, breakfast was hot and tasty each morning. The only complaint we had is that our air conditioning was leaking water all over the floor in our room. We did alert the staff to this, and they had maintenance come up to fix it.
