"Hotel staff were nice, my only issue was that I could not use the hotel phone in the room to reach guest services, at times I had to call from my cell phone 6-10 times to reach someone, that part of the experience was terrible. I was calling because people were running in the hallways at 12am-1am. Overall given that, stay was okay and I would not consider this a 4 star hotel level experience."
