You have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from June 15th to September 15th) and a garden. The holiday home is just a few minutes' drive from supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, a pharmacy, ATM, and the best beaches in the area.



Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed, and smoking or parties are not permitted.



The residence provides the first set of bed linen and towels; additional changes are available for an extra fee. Beach towels can be provided for an extra fee. A free weekly coin-operated laundry service is available; extra services are available for an additional fee.



The property follows guidelines for proper waste separation; further information is available on site. If the rules are not followed, the security deposit may be withheld. Upon arrival, you must pay the security deposit and tourist tax in cash.
