The villa is exactly like the pictures only the sea is a lot nearer than the pictures show,its a short walk down the path to the beach,and the villa beach bar ,ice cold beer 5€ a pint and lovely food ,you will be met by christina ,you will love her ,loved the view ,breathtaking ,would love to return there

Fantastico soggiorno in questa struttura, accoglienza fenomenale da parte di Cristina, cordialità della padrona di casa che purtroppo non abbiamo potuto conoscere personalmente, ma solo telefonicamente e che altro dire …. Chi vuole andare a Villasimius il posto è questo dove soggiornare.

Abbiamo molto apprezzato la cortesia sia di Cristina con cui abbiamo fatto ceck-in/out(che persona simpatica) sia l’attenzione della signora Franca tramite sms/mail, la casa ha 2 terrazze, quella all’ingresso ha una vista davvero bella, con doccia, svegliarsi per fare colazione li mi mancherà un sacco, internamente la casa è datata, ma accessoriata, noi uscivamo al mattino e tornavamo la sera(quindi sfruttata poco la casa), abbiamo visitato spiagge mozzafiato, anche in quella sotto siamo scesi una mattina, a piedi, dal percorso interno, ci è piaciuta(non era sporca assolutamente come ho letto in alcune recensioni), mare bello ovunque davvero, Sardegna nel cuore.

Panorama fantastico
Clean and very comfy studio with wonderful waterfront view from both the balconies. We loved grilling and eating with such a view. Communication and check in/out was easy and smooth. Make sure to bring your own bath and kitchen essentials tho cause they do not provide it (soap, oil, salt, sugar etc).

Posto incantevole
Villetta piccola ma graziosa con spazi esterni da vivere e da godere della vista mozzafiato che offre la zona. Accoglienza ottima. Ci hanno addirittura aspettato per via del ritardo del volo. Gentile e disponibile. Dotata di tutti i comfort. Con la macchina ci si sposta comodamente in tutte le bellissime spiagge che offre Villasimius. Bellissima.

Ottima posizione con bella vista ed accesso in pochi minuti a piedi alla spiaggia. Casa indipendente funzionale con bel terrazzo comodo e vivibile.

Vue magnifique
Une maison avec une vue magnifique. Elle se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de la plage Is Traias. D’autres belles plages se trouvent à proximité. Quartier très calme et très mignon. La maison est bien équipée, il manque juste une machine à laver. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille.
