"The only issue I had was the late night service. The hotel says it a 24/7 lobby but yet i had to wait for 10 mins to be let inside. I understand it was late night around 2 am. "The hotel is brand new and the internet did not work throughout our entire stay. When I called the front desk they said they'd reset it but that it's ALWAYS like that and they've asked numerous times to have it fixed. It was all over the hotel, friends on other floors had the same problem. Also the AC in my room did not work. And they still use single use, throw away toiletries. That's a huge waste. Again... Brand new hotel :( "

"Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Everything was immaculate and a great location within east walking distance to the champagne houses and Pressoria. Pool was lovely. Tip - not many local champagne houses open on a Sunday. Make sure you get a reservation for dinner or you will not get into any local restaurants.
