“The room was a great stay for a family. We got the Luxe room with two bedrooms all on one level. Which was great for traveling with small children. I understand the next sized room has stairs and I wouldn’t have wanted that with a baby but the room we got was perfect. We also had an actual bathtub, again, something that makes life easier when traveling with toddlers. The rooms look a bit outdated but we had everything we needed, it was peaceful, clean, a wonderful breakfast, and close to the……

“Beware the pictures showing a pullout couch. Not all rooms, despite being labeled suites, have one (and the alternative is like a double chair, thinly padded, too narrow to sleep on and uncomfortable even as a place to just sit). The front desk staff after some confused promises over several days eventually provided us with a room that did have a true pull-out one. If you need one, contact the hotel directly. Other than that, very nice hotel. The breakfast buffet features some Belgian……

“In terms of hotel itself, perfect service and environment, also the airport shuttle is also very helpful. But the taxi in Charleroi maybe the worst I see, not metered, always overcharged, you must pay what they said, or no taxi to take. Here is no taxi app in service !!! ”

“Relativement proche de Bruxelles en voiture (25km avec accès direct à une voie rapide), et super pratique si on vient en véhicule électrique. 2 bornes compatibles charge map sur place. Tarif au kwh plutôt cher mais on peut laisser recharger la nuit sans supplément quand la charge est terminée au milieu de la nuit. Chambre nickel. ”

“Nice hotel in rural area of Waloon Belgium. Convenient location to visit Waterloo as well as Waloon rural communities. Nice environmentally conscious touches. Delicious Belgian style breakfast, with freshly cooked eggs. Only downside was narrow stairway due to age of property. Would definitely stay here again.”

“This modern property is in the very centre of Louvain-la-Neuve, just five minutes' walk from the railway station. The receptionist was professional and spike good English. Our room was spotlessly clean and served daily by the housekeeping team. We did not dine in the hotel but had a number of snacks, hot chocolate, etc., from the bar.”

Le seul bémol était la disponibilité de la piscine pour les clients de l'hôtel! Des activités pour enfants et adultes en cours ne permettaient pas à en profiter,”
