「Nous sommes arrivés hier vers 17h30. L’accueil a été chaleureux. Nous avons spécifié au propriétaire que mon époux avait des restrictions alimentaires, la carte est très bien et notre souper était très bon. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.le propriétaire a été très à l’écoute et à respecté notre demande. Le cadre est très sympathique au bord de l’eau. Lieu très calme. Nous pensons bien revenir à une période plus clémente pour pouvoir profiter de l’extérieur. 」

「Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better.
1. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help.
2. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules.
3. I find that Hotel.com choices of rooms in Neuchatel City are very limited. More can be done in between to have availability for bookings. Especially the double large...

「We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the room was nice and clean, the bed was good and the shower was excellent. We stayed during the wine festival and the hotel is in the best spot if you like to be where the party is. The music is loud and plays until 3am so if you are not partying don’t expect to get any sleep before then. There is no fridge in the room but you can get one for 5 francs or you can store items for free in their fridge. 」
