"I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience. My family rented both Unit A and Unit B for my aunt's 70th birthday, and unfortunately, the property did not meet our expectations or the quality shown in the listing. The cleanliness was one of our biggest concerns. The bathrooms were in poor condition, the inside of the kitchen cabinets was dirty with debris, and the property did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The bedroom in Unit...

"No idea about this house- Vrbo itself tanked this one. I had booked this place, but they double booked it, and I found out when I was only an hour away (after a nine hour drive). Luckily the owner stepped in to help me find another place, which ended up being lovely, though it was over half an hour away from the family we were visiting instead of the three minutes this place would have been. Hopefully she figured out what happened and vrbo sorts out their booking."

"Great stay. Clean Room, nice bed and amenities!"

Candlewood Suites Birmingham - Inverness by IHG

8/10 Good

"No breakfast, no house cleaning . You have to walk down stairs and get your own stuff . I changed my sheets and had to wait a hour for clean ones …..the elevator is shaky I was scared everytime I got on… now the good stuff .. my room was clean , it was like a mini apartment. The staff was very helpful and respectful. Ita a gas station right in front and up and down the streets every food place you can think of . It’s in a really nice spot . Unlimited coffee on the main floor 24 hr gym an a wash room.. me and my husband stayed for 3 days and we really enjoy it and we will definitely book again."

Embassy Suites Hotel Birmingham

8/10 Good

"Had an issue with our bathroom toilet and hot water which prompted a room change at the last second in the early evening while my wife and I were trying to prepare ourselves for an important event we were scheduled to attend. However, staff was efficient and supportive in assisting in the room change. We were able to make our event in a timely manner."
