Beautiful unit opposite beach, park, picnic and gym area. This top half of house unit 1 in a magnificent great location, 50 metres from the waters edge and boat ramp. Featuring water views, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8), 1 bathroom with separate toilet, TV lounge area with DVD, view from every room either park or beach, wrap around balcony, directly opposite park and boat ramp.
Only a short drive to town centre with cafes and restaurants, perfect for a quick getaway to the beautiful and tranquil South Coast.
