“Very cute boutique hotel that is close to everything in downtown St. Petersburg. We stayed 3 nights and they never freshened or cleaned our room. An offer of clean towels would have at least been appreciated. Also, no regular cream for coffee and you only get one bottle of water per stay. Seems a little cheap to me”

“I had an amazing stay at the Hollander Hotel! The staff truly made the experience special. Michelle, the pool bartender, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always provided great service with a smile. The front desk staff was equally impressive, always fast, helpful, and attentive whenever I needed anything. The location is perfect for exploring downtown St. Pete, and the pool area was one of the highlights of my trip. The pool party was a blast with a great atmosphere and friendly people. I……

“I will definitely come back to this nice hotel. I loved the atmosphere and attention to details. I would have rated 5 stars if I hadn’t have issues with the pillows which we found very uncomfortable. I texted to the online service and it took three representatives to finally get two pillows delivered.”

“The hotel was beautiful in certain aspects, but it could be maintained better. The original tile in the main area was a nice touch. The bed linens felt cheap and the AC wasn't very cold in our room. They allow pets so at times I felt like I was in a petting zoo. Overall, probably not worth the high rates they charge.”

“Stayed here for one night. Paid $300. Got room #632 which had a view of everybody walking by the pool area and the side of another building. It seemed pretty invasive even though there are tints on the windows which prevent people on the outside from seeing in. One of the only few good things about this trip would be Nick with valet, however, his worker who was knew brought my car down from the top floor of the garage, with 0 psi in my tire.. “I checked in late, no a/c in the room and I was in for the night by 11pm after driving around to find food so hot and miserable I checked out before 8am couldn’t sleep after 2 showers but room was large view was nice. I didn’t see anywhere there breakfast to have.”

“This place was the worst experience of my entire life. The front desk was empty, and no one answered the phone. When I finally managed to get someone to help me, they informed me that there was no room available for me. Eventually, she gave me a key for a room that was not even clean, and it was filled with people doing smoking ilegal things. I never stayed. I had to go back home and my weekend was ruined.”
