“酒店在珍珠岛上有优先权，进出游乐园的短驳车优先来接，这对于带孩子来说的家庭是个利好。 房间整体不算新，但是服务真的很舒服，特别感谢会说中文的TIEN，任何时候任何事请都能及时协助帮忙，最后退房还为我们争取到下午两点，让两个孩子在房里舒舒服服的睡了个午觉。 酒店免费提供从前一家酒店退房衔接到入住，以及退房后送机的服务，是专人专车，这点也特别贴心。 总体入住体验很好，从餐厅到前台以及接送小哥，都很亲善，对孩子们很友好，特别感谢。”

“Arrived pier at 12:00. Got in room at 2:00pm. Toilets not flush properly. No full size mirrors. Everything else was good. My family enjoyed the stay. ”

“For this hotel you have to choose the executive building (new building) instead of the deluxe, which is very small and old. I had to just pay and upgraded my family to a one bedroom suite at the new wing, not going to stay in a 80’s looking congested room. As with everything else, service and VN standard and access into the island is very well arranged. The stars are for the deluxe room (old wing); the one bedroom grand suite which we paid for later on was perfect ”

“The staff is really helpful and nice. The facilities are great, there are sauna, theater and mini golf course. The breakfast they served taste good, especially the crab meat noodle soup. However, the location is a bit far away from the city. We can still order food via grab.”

“Room was clean however entrance lounge area smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and most staff did not greet guests on arrival back to hotel let alone make eye contact. I also asked staff about how to get to Hon Tam island and they were not helpful. Also really loud music in evening from restaurants on the strip can be heard in room and stops around midnight. There was one member of staff who was amazing, friendly and so so so great and her name was Kieu”

“False advertising! Booked a "Superior" room but got a windowless, stuffy cell. Totally different from photos. Staff just said "this is our standard" and ignored my request to speak to a supervisor. not profession and rude. ”

“It’s my first time here. This suite has awesome view in the morning and the location of hotel is great. You can get into the sea easily and not crowd as central area. Big love!”
