My room was always clean, staff very polite and even remembered me for the breakfast buffets. WiFi is okay and a/c is adjustable and convenient. It’s a must in Nha Trang.

Room was clean however entrance lounge area smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and most staff did not greet guests on arrival back to hotel let alone make eye contact. I also asked staff about how to get to Hon Tam island and they were not helpful. Also really loud music in evening from restaurants on the strip can be heard in room and stops around midnight. There was one member of staff who was amazing, friendly and so so so great and her name was Kieu

신축건물이라 깨끗함 그러나 위치의 아쉬움

코로나 때문에 호텔 이용객이 거의 없었으며 새벽에 에어컨 문제 발생되었으나 조치 요청할 사항이 안되었음.. 시내와는 조금 떨어져있어서 택시 이용하기도 걸어서 이동하기도 애매한 위치
