We absolutely loved the location! The beds are not super comfortable and if you’re staying in the downstairs rental, the sound of people walking upstairs is really loud. Our hosts were very kind and made every effort to ensure things were comfortable for us. We appreciated the beach chairs provided for our use.

We stayed at this property for a week and had a fantastic experience. The owner generously offered us their newly renovated top floor unit, which had a large balcony with an ocean view.The location is ideal, just across the street from the boardwalk and beach, and within walking distance of many great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and local shops. There is even a small area in the back to let the dog out, which was very convenient.The unit was spotless and full of thoughtful touches. The fun, retro beach style decor made the space feel welcoming and unique. You can tell a lot of care went into every detail, and we even enjoyed the small selection of books available. The beds were very comfortable, and the washer and dryer combo was a helpful amenity during our stay. The building is very well maintained and includes two parking spaces, which was a nice perk even though we only needed one.Matt, the owner, and the property manager were both very responsive and friendly. Since the unit is newly renovated, there are still a few finishing touches to be made, but Matt was very open to feedback and clearly cares about making the space the best it can be.One thing to keep in mind is that the unit is on the top floor and the stairs leading up to it are steep. It was not an issue for us, but if mobility is a concern, a lower level unit might be a better option.This property is a real gem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.
