Welcome to your new favorite place to unwind! This freshly remodeled Beach House on the Bay sleeps 6–9 guests comfortably and is designed for memory-making, laughter, and total relaxation.

Inside, enjoy a spacious living room with a huge island perfect for snacking or socializing, a dine-in kitchen stocked for the chef in your group, and a 55" Smart TV with cable, streaming, and DVD — movie nights are covered!

Sleep tight with room for everyone:

Master Bedroom: King-sized bed
Second Bedroom: Full-size bed
Third Bedroom: Queen bunk bed with a twin on top (kids love it!)
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa

Outside, the adventure continues! Hop on one of the 4 beach cruisers or 4 smaller bikes (yes, one even has training wheels!) and be on the beach in 3 minutes — or enjoy a peaceful 8-minute stroll. Build sandcastles with the included beach toys, relax in the chase lounge chairs, or rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower.

The wrap-around deck is the heart of the home, with front-row seats to both sunrises and sunsets. Dine al fresco at the six-person table, sip coffee at the bistro set, or grill up dinner on the propane BBQ with everything you need provided.

Bonus fun: there's even a dock for fishing — just bring your rods!

Wedding Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. The sunrise and sunset views were spectacular. I can't think of an amenity that was overlooked. We loved the assortment of games and puzzles and the outdoor shower (although the water was too warm for me). We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Getaway

Perfect WFH Getaway

It was a great spot for my husband, cousins, and I to getaway. We all worked from the house during the day, and then met up with family in the Virginia Beach area at night. It was such a cozy and relaxing spot, perfect for what we needed!

Nice place to stay on back bay, complete with its own (very)little bay beach. Just about half a mile from ocean. Lina was very friendly and the house gave us no problems.

Great Stay and even better host

We were only at the property for a couple days for a high school graduation, but the area and residence were wonderful. I would stay in this area every time I visit the VA Beach area in the future. Communication with the host was great. Thanks for everything.

Wonderful Week Away on the Back Bay

We truly enjoyed our week in Sandbridge, and this cottage was perfect for our family. The home was very clean and comfortable, and has an amazing view of the Back Bay. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the boats and kayakers paddle by. The ocean is a short walk or bike ride away through the well-kept and friendly neighborhood. Hurricane Elsa came through as a tropical storm on our final full day and we spent the day comfortably and safely relaxing inside. Lina was so easy to work with and responsive to any inquiries we had. In all, this location is now one of our favorites and we plan to return. Thank you, Lina!!

Sleep left wanting

House is nice. Beds are very old. Master bed is broken and slopes towards the middle. The “queen” in the 2nd room in a full bed at best. Looking at the stay book people have been complaining about the beds since 2018. Bathrooms were nice.

Short getaway with our 2 teenagers

The house was great. Even though it was a short stay it had everything we needed and more. Lina was very responsive in minutes. The kids enjoyed the bike rides, board games and being able to do classes by the water, since they are taking online classes they said it was the best and they did not want to leave. Most of all the 4 of us enjoyed the fooseball table. The house was covid clean and sanitized. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for a family of 4 throughout the house. I would definitely recommend this property and wished we could have stayed longer. It was a much needed getaway and quality unplug time as a family.

Wonderful stay in Sandbridge!

Our week in Sandbridge was wonderful. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. Everything was well furnished. Everything you would ever need in the kitchen was there. I’ve stayed at many rental houses and this was the most well stocked kitchen I’ve seen. Short 15 minute walk to the beach, or if you are early enough, you can drop off your family with all the beach gear and then grab a free parking spot on one of the nearby side streets with marked parking. Plenty of things to do in Sandbridge and more just 15-20 minutes away. Though we didn’t need them there were baby gates and high chairs if you have little ones. Towels were abundant. My kids loved fishing off the dock. We had some severe weather during our stay and the owner even reached out by text to make sure our family was safe.
