We enjoyed our stay at the Penthouse! There was plenty of room for the family, and we loved the proximity to the beach. The balcony was great for watching the fireworks in the area. We will be back!

Weekend getaway

This property is spacious and just a brief walk to the beach. The condo had most supplies and appliances that one would need. The pool was closed while we were there but looked nice. My siblings, mother and I were in town for a family wedding and enjoyed our time in the condo, especially sitting outside on the balcony.

First off, this place was perfect and very spacious for just four of us! My 9yo daughter begged me to take her to see the sunrise, so my wife and i found this place. Its amazing! Our first VRBO! The host was very good, explaining the whole process. We all look forward to staying there again and again!

The penthouse was perfect for our group. There were 10 of us ranging in age from 90 years old to 4 years old. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Location was perfect! Host was very responsive to our questions. Everything you need is within walking distance.

Property was larger than expected in a quiet location with easy beach access. Fully stocked market with excellent fresh pastries is across the street. Our host Ryan was very responsive and resolved a few minor issues within hours. Definitely want to come back again.

We loved the Penthouse! It was very comfortable and spacious! We played games at the large table and sat out on the balcony to feel the ocean breeze. We walked around the quiet neighborhood each day. The beach was nice and not crowded! We had an amazing trip!

Family vacation

The property is as pretty as it is advertised. It’s a great place for our family vacation, they’re is plenty of room for 11 of us, ages range from 7-80 years old. We like how peaceful and quiet the place is at night. We took the kids to boardwalk 1 night, it’s about 30 mins drive.

The condo was clean and lovely, with everything as stated on-line. Plenty of space to enjoy for 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Lovely views of the ocean from many windows and verandas. Master bathroom was accessible for a disabled family member who also required the elevator to get to the condo. Lovely furnishings and colors; very calming. Gaming area upstairs was fun. The host was very responsive. We gave the penthouse 5 stars!

Perfect spot

This is a beautiful condo with plenty of room for our 5 adults and 6 teenagers. It’s an easy walk to the beach, and the Sandbridge Seaside Market next door was an easy walk for donuts and groceries. There are plenty of chairs and a beach cart in the storage closet. Highly recommend!

Great place, but washing machine wasn’t working and had old water that wouldn’t drain in it. Guest room right by door was bright all night because of light outside the window. Room darkening blinds are needed there. No sheets for upstairs pullout sofa. Tried contacting property management through VRBO multiple times with no reply.

The condo is in good location. Washer was broken. Room with Queen bed blind broke so could not open to go on patio. Also needs darkening drapes because light at night from outside lights up room. Water pressure really low in the master shower. Other patio fun but at night spiders lots and roaches. A/C works good game room lame. Had good chairs and beach stuff.

Grad Weekend

Our daughter was graduating from college and decided to stay in Sandbridge. When I found the listing on VRBO it was perfect. It was hard to find a place that had all king or queen beds for 4 couples. The only thing that was a small issue was the code changed and we were not informed and the one bedroom has a motion sensor light outside the window that comes on and is very detracting from sleep. Other than those few issues it was a great stay.
