Great place for a beach trip!

We stayed at this location for a beach weekend with friends and the place was perfect, as each couple had their own room and bathroom. Plenty of space and a fully stocked kitchen made the stay enjoyable. The proximity to the beach is a very short walk which is a big plus as well!

Squadron reunion

Navy squadron reunion in town and the location worked perfectly. Short walk to the beach and tons of restaurants. Beautiful views from the top floor balcony, large kitchen, living spaces and bedrooms with private bathrooms. Would highly recommend staying here! -Greg

Fabulous Vacation!

Loved this property! Lots of space, beautiful decor, plenty of updated amenities and great location. The elevator was an extra special adidtion, especially since i need to have a knee replacement and it was so helpful when I was having a lot of pain. Thank you for such a great time and for checking in with us as well!

Fun and relaxing

Great property! Half block from the beach and main drag, half of block to carnival rides for the kids , two minute walk to the fishing pier.you are right in the middle of everything, if I had to say one negative it’s because you’re right in the middle of the action it can be a little loud at night.

Amazing place, rough start

The place was amazing, perfect location, almost 5 starts. Unfortunately, we arrived with all the dirty linens/towels of the previous guests in the garage in a big pile. The property manager is processing a refund for the linens fee but it was a rough start.

Beautiful property, great location.

Overall, the property was clean, spacious, and exactly as listed. The elevator was a great benefit in getting luggage, groceries ect up to the top floors. The location to the beach could not have been better. The only reason we gave 4 stars was the noise from car/motorcycle meet up that took place 4 of the 7 nights we were there in the parking lot directly in front of the condo. Loud music and noise until 1-3 am. Other then that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great house for a long weekend

This was a great house for a long weekend. The realty was amazing to work with. House was well stocked. Plenty of pots pans dishes in the kitchen. There are two coffee pots, a regular trip, and a kuring type. That would have been great to know upfront. We had a private chef come in and cook dinner for a special occasion. He had every pot pan, utensil, etc. that he needed already available in the house. Would definitely rent here again!

There was live music on multiple streets around the townhouse every night that we were there that lasted until around 1am. There are a lot of shops as well but they all had the same items so you really could just go to one and be done. The only thing I would change about the townhouse is, for the price, I didn’t expect single ply toilet paper and there were no extra trash bags so we ended up having to buy some.

Va Beach Thanksgiving Getaway

This condo is very well maintained and is exactly as described. You have very easy access to the beach & boardwalk with the property only one block away. Beautiful views from the deck on the top floor. There are several good restaurants right off the boardwalk located within walking distance from the condo. Additionally, there is plenty of room inside the unit for people to find there own spot to stretch out and relax. My only suggestions for improvement would be to: (1) provide a new sponge and an extra drying towel or two in the kitchen upon arrival and (2) make sure that the coffee maker is clean. When we went to use it, it was very moldy on the inside where old grinds had been left. I would highly recommend this location for a small family or a group of friends.

Excellent stay in Virginia Beach

Oh, what a nice vacation at this rental in Virginia Beach. Nice location in the middle of everything: beach, boardwalk, amusement park, and just about every food any type a person could desire (personally I like the pizza), but the last night in town we splurged at the Mahi's restaurant - bit expensive, but great food (salmon, lobster, steak...). As far as the condo, four floors with a nice balcony on the top floor. Living room and kitchen on the 3rd - kitchen is well stocked with eating utensils and includes modern appliances. Really liked the dual large TVs on this floor. The first and second floor are dedicated for bedroom, each with their own bathroom - and also a washer/dryer on the 2nd floor. Nice garage for a single vehicle. I did a departing survey and all agreed this was the best rental and location we've ever visited - and we've been up and down the east coast. We're talking about going to the west coast next year, but if that falls apart, I would certainly enjoy coming back to this location.

Amazing property!!

We booked very last minute and the entire team was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The home was extremely clean, and there were so many thoughtful touches (even a welcome gift!). They thought of all the details, it was by far our best VRBO experience. Matthew, our host, and the Anchor team were very responsive and proactive in their communications with us throughout the stay. We’d highly recommend this property!
