Beautiful beach

The property was absolutely beautiful. It was great having all the elevators as we stayed on the 4th floor. Our condo was amazing! It was clean and supplied with everything needed. Despite Tropical Depression Debby coming thru, there was still plenty to do on rainy/windy days.

Great getaway!

This condo was in a great location at Sandbridge. It was right on the beach and within 10 minutes of several restaurants. The condo complex had a pool, but we were there to early in the season to use. The park next door also had a playground and tennis courts, which was nice. The condo itself was nice and it was clean. Would stay here again! Our only complaint was the management company was a little tough with communication. For example received different forms of communication via paper, text, and email with differing info. Also couldn’t find the key to the storage unit with the beach supplies.

A fun beach trip but nothing fancy

My boys loved the bunk beds and we all loved the closeness of the beach and pools. We’ve stayed in various condos and this one is small and sufficient. The pool table is very large in a smaller space. Bring your own pillows as there is only one per person. We love Sandbridge!!!

The Sanctuary

The house was really nice. Exactly as described. Little walk from house to beach so a cart or wagon is nice if you have a lot of stuff to drag down. Only complaints I have is the pool table/ air hockey table has been well played and we didn’t use it bc we were afraid to break it. Only other thing is the listing says beach chairs, boogies boards and beach cart. Beach cart isn’t worth taking out of shed and every single boogie board was broken. Beach chairs are “useable”. I would not recommend relying on any of them. Those things aside the house itself is very nice, and exactly as described. Pools are also nice.

Cleaning needs to be significantly improved!

We were very excited to stay in this condo. Once we found our parking space in the garage (nothing is clearly marked), we started unpacking and found the elevator was broken. There are bunk beds in the second bedroom and my kids were arguing over who would get the top bunk. We were extremely disappointed and grossed out when we found an unmade top bunk with a blood stained mattress pad. The kids were so freaked out they didn't even want to stay in the room. We arrived late on a Saturday and nothing could be done with it until Monday. We also had a broken and dangerous patio chair on the balcony and I had to unload the dishwasher before I could use it. The front door handle broke almost immediately and there were times that I didn't think I'd be able to get inside. The floors were very dirty and the wifi was awful. I really hope the condos in this building are updated and the cleaning stepped up for the cost to rent the space. The location is perfect and Sandbridge is fantastic. I will return to Sandbridge but not The Sanctuary.

Nice Weekend Getaway

The Condo at Sanctuary was clean, very well maintained, spacious with a great kitchen for cooking and easy access to pools and the beach. The pool/air hockey table made for some fun during our stay. We especially loved Jose Tequila's Mexican Grill and Bar being right on property. The food and service were great and it's nice to pop in for a beverage, some appetizers or a good meal. The only downside was that the condo is interior facing, which I knew in advance, which was not an issue since the beach was very easy to quickly access. If you're looking to sit on your balcony and see the ocean, book an ocean front condo.

Great Condo, Vacasa is AWFUL.

The condo is great and we would recommend it and Sandbridge to anyone! However, we are extremely dissatisfied with Vacasa management. I hope the owners of the condo see this and consider a new mgt company. The condo had not been cleaned when we checked in, customer service reps from Vacasa have been rude and not helpful, and as a whole, Vacasa almost ruined this vacation for us. We will never rent another Vacasa property.

We had a great week at the beach. The condo was large, had stuff to do. We enjoyed the pools, beach and playing tennis. Was a great trip with my adult children. Loved the poolside bar, they had good food and drinks.
