Good overall. Nice location, and close to beach access way. Inside most of house was clean and in good condition. Great summer colors and spacious. Bathrooms all had nice pressure and temperatures. The sofa in the main living area, seemed used and had a damp feel to it. The room on the bottom level had a "stale water" smell. The patio door didn't lock.Pool area, deck and patio were all nice. Lots of bugs at night, but this seemed coomon to other houses. Shrubbery around the lawn was a little overgrown, and would look nicer if manicured or removed. A couple other small things that we did not bother us. Remote for a tv in one of the bedrooms was missingExhaust fan in one bathroom was not working
